Dear readers,

As I’m sure you already know, I post about fiery food once a week, every week. Most of these are reviews of sauces, snacks, pickles and other such products but, for the last tuesday of every month, I do a recipe.

Sometimes it’s hot, sometimes it’s mild and sometimes it’s just me having fun with some non-chilli heat sources. All of them can be found in a heat-ordered collection below this sidebar heading.

Just one warning: While a spoonful of a meal will feel roughly the same as a spoonful of an equivalently rated sauce, a meal with a four out of ten rating will be much hotter than a hint of four out of ten source poured onto a heatless dish.
